Rear Admiral Andy

Andy “Bucket” Loiselle, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (Ret.) is the owner of Andy Loiselle Solutions, LLC. He brings 35 years of leadership experience from his Navy career to help you solve whatever strategy and leadership problems your organization is experiencing. Across five different command tours, he has led an F/A-18C squadron, an amphibious assault ship, a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and two different aircraft carrier strike groups. This resulted in experience leading numerous dynamic commands, exceeding 8,000 total personnel across a widely dispersed geographic area.

In his final Navy position, he served as the Director of Air Warfare, the principal assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations for all matters concerning Naval Aviation. He utilized his experience to develop the annual budget that supports the $225 billion-dollar future year defense plan for Naval Aviation. This required creation of a strategic plan that defined the requirements for future naval aircraft, weapons and aircraft carriers, and convincing Congress and the Office of the Secretary of Defense that the plan was correct. His current company works with civilian and defense companies alike to help them achieve their strategic vision.
